This Cookie Policy explains how cura-focus.com uses cookies and similar technologies. We keep this minimal: the website uses only strictly necessary cookies and does not track you, profile you, or run advertising.

They can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or "persistent" cookies (kept for a set time), and they can be set by us (first-party) or by a third party. We also include here similar technologies such as local storage.

Cookies we use

The website currently uses only strictly necessary / functional cookies:

• NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you chose (German or English) when you use the language switcher, so the site shows it again on your next visit. First-party, persistent (up to 1 year), SameSite=Lax. It stores only a language code; it does not identify or track you.
• Our hosting provider may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. Our website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless — it counts visits and page views without storing any cookie or other identifier on your device or in your browser, so it does not require cookie consent. The interactive 3D content is served by Spline from our own domain. Your consent

Because we use only strictly necessary cookies — and our website analytics is cookieless, storing nothing on your device — we do not need your consent under Swiss law (FADP) or EU law (ePrivacy / GDPR). If we later introduce any cookie-based or otherwise non-essential tracking, we will ask for your consent first where required, and update this Policy beforehand.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the language cookie simply means the site will not remember your language preference between visits.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
